As Director of Insight Research, Cathryn Noyes is responsible for overseeing STAT's
client-centric strategic market and human resources research.
Cathryn brings more than 20 year's management and research experience in a variety of disciplines, including research, marketing, reengineering,
project management and leadership development. Specializing in marketing, Cathryn has consulted on projects ranging from software quality to online learning
and been an instructor at Northeastern where she
taught the course "Creating and Sustaining Customer Markets" in the school's Online Executive MBA program. Previously, she worked on programs for the FAA and
the United States Postal Service as part of the Arthur D. Little School of Management and on leadership courses at the Hult International School of Business and
LHR International. She has a particular passion for using research to drive meaningful and measurable change in organizations.
Cathryn has an MBA from Babson College and a BS in Computer Science from the University of New Hampshire.
